Health for Longevity (H4L) is a global initiative rooted in the United Health Centres (UHC) model in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, built on the belief that care should start long before illness.
United Health Centres (UHC) was founded by Dr. William Han in a community clinic in Edmonton. He saw firsthand how traditional healthcare often reacted to illness rather than preventing it.
UHC was built on a simple idea: people deserve care that works together. Under one roof, patients can access medical care, dental, eye care, pharmacy, physiotherapy, mental health, acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine, massage therapy, sleep studies, beauty & wellness, and art therapy — all delivered in a coordinated, time-efficient, and compassionate way.
This lived experience is the foundation of H4L: a mission to help people live longer, healthier lives through proactive, accessible, and integrated care.
