A Vision That Began in a Small Community Clinic
Health for Longevity (H4L) began with a simple realization: healthcare shouldn’t wait for illness. It should nurture people long before disease takes hold. This idea came from Dr. William Han’s early years in a small Edmonton clinic, where he saw how many patients were receiving care too late. He believed there had to be a better way — one rooted in prevention, compassion, and accessibility.
That belief led to the creation of United Health Centres (UHC) in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada — an integrated model that brings medicine, wellness, and therapy together under one roof. Over the years, UHC has grown into a community of care where families can access everything from medical services and physiotherapy to acupuncture, mental health, and art therapy — all designed to keep people well, not just treat illness.
The Birth of H4L and the The International Health for Longevity Conference 2026
H4L expands this vision globally. It blends modern medicine, traditional healing, nutrition, and emerging technologies to help people live healthier, longer, and more fulfilling lives.
Our first global conference, held June 26–28, 2026 in Edmonton and Vancouver (with virtual streaming), brings together leaders in medical AI, integrative medicine, brain health, nutrition, and traditional sciences. It is more than an event — it is the beginning of a shared movement toward a preventive future.
H4L is committed to creating preventive health hubs around the world, building programs that support seniors and vulnerable communities, and fostering collaboration across medicine, technology, and culture. Our goal is simple: to make lifelong wellness possible for everyone.

Rethinking What It Means to Age
Dr. Han is a physician and longevity expert dedicated to helping people extend their healthspan and optimize vitality. Early in his career, he realized that traditional Western medicine often focuses on treating disease rather than preventing decline, and he began exploring how aging itself could be influenced through science and lifestyle.
Drawing on the latest advancements in Western medicine and the wisdom of Eastern practices, Dr. Han takes a comprehensive, integrative approach to longevity, focusing on nutrition, lifestyle, movement, sleep, mindset, and all factors that influence energy, cognitive health, hormone balance, and overall vitality.
Dr. Han’s approach is not about chasing youth—it’s about empowering people to live longer, healthier, and more vibrant lives. He inspires patients and clinicians alike to see aging as a modifiable process and to take proactive steps toward lifelong wellness.
His upcoming book, Younger, Longer combines the latest breakthroughs in Western science with the wisdom of Eastern medicine to reveal a powerful, integrative approach to longevity.
