About Health for Longevity

A Vision That Began in a Small Community Clinic

Health for Longevity (H4L) began with a simple realization: healthcare shouldn’t wait for illness. It should nurture people long before disease takes hold. This idea came from Dr. William Han’s early years in a small Edmonton clinic, where he saw how many patients were receiving care too late. He believed there had to be a better way — one rooted in prevention, compassion, and accessibility.

That belief led to the creation of United Health Centres (UHC) in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada — an integrated model that brings medicine, wellness, and therapy together under one roof. Over the years, UHC has grown into a community of care where families can access everything from medical services and physiotherapy to acupuncture, mental health, and art therapy — all designed to keep people well, not just treat illness.

The Birth of H4L and the The International Health for Longevity Conference 2026

H4L expands this vision globally. It blends modern medicine, traditional healing, nutrition, and emerging technologies to help people live healthier, longer, and more fulfilling lives.

Our first global conference, held June 26–27, 2026 in Vancouver and Edmonton, brings together leaders in medical AI, integrative medicine, brain health, nutrition, and traditional sciences. It is more than an event — it is the beginning of a shared movement toward a preventive future.

H4L is committed to creating preventive health hubs around the world, building programs that support seniors and vulnerable communities, and fostering collaboration across medicine, technology, and culture. Our goal is simple: to make lifelong wellness possible for everyone.

The Day I Realized Aging Was Optional

I never planned to become a doctor who helps people grow younger. Like most physicians trained in the Western medical system, my focus for years was treating disease — diagnosing symptoms, prescribing medications, and managing decline. What if aging wasn’t something to fear — but something you could influence, even reverse.

My book Younger, Longer blends the latest breakthroughs in Western science with the wisdom of Eastern medicine to reveal a powerful, integrative approach to longevity.

Drawing from clinical experience and inspired by patients like Mei — a vibrant 74-year-old thriving on herbs, breathwork, and tai chi — this guide challenges the outdated belief that decline is inevitable.  Inside, you'll learn how to:  Measure and reverse your biological age. Optimize energy, brain health, and hormone balance.  Use movement, breath, nutrition, and mindset as medicine.  Integrate advanced tools like peptides, stem cells, and personalized testing.

This is not about chasing youth — it’s about expanding your healthspan: the years you live with clarity, strength, and joy. Your body holds the blueprint for renewal. Younger, Longer shows you how to unlock it.
