Guidelines for Submission

Speech Duration

Speeches must be kept around 15-30 minutes long. If your speech requires more time, please consult us for more information.

Lead Speaker & Session Coordination

If a session includes multiple speakers, please designate one individual as the Lead Speaker. This person will serve as the main point of contact and is responsible for submitting full contact details and all required documentation for each speaker involved in the session. This information is essential for accreditation review and promotional purposes.

Session Abstract

A well-developed abstract is required for each proposed session. This abstract will be reviewed by our Committee, and it plays a key role in evaluating the relevance, quality, and alignment of the session with the conference's mission to advance health and longevity.

Learning Outcomes

All proposals must include clearly defined learning outcomes. These objectives should reflect what attendees will be able to do or apply in practice following the session. Objectives must describe observable outcomes.
