Health for Longevity (H4L) was represented at the Canadian Medical Association’s regional forum on AI in healthcare, held at the Delta Hotels Edmonton South Conference Centre.
The event brought together physicians and healthcare leaders to discuss the evolving role of artificial intelligence in clinical practice, health system sustainability, and physician well-being.
H4L Founder Dr. William Han engaged with key national leaders, including Dr. Margot Burnell, President of the Canadian Medical Association, as well as healthcare professionals and advisors including Nicholas Doucet, Michael Demas, and Ashley Cochrane.
Discussions emphasized a shared vision: AI and emerging technologies must remain human-centered—supporting clinicians, enhancing care delivery, and strengthening the patient-physician relationship.
These conversations directly align with the mission of the upcoming Health for Longevity (H4L) Conference (June 26–28, Edmonton & Virtual), which convenes global leaders to advance innovation in preventive medicine, longevity science, and healthcare transformation.

H4L participated in the HKCBA BBQ Networking Event in Edmonton at the NAIT Productivity & Innovation Centre, where Dr. Han had the opportunity to engage with Mayor Andrew Knack in discussions focused on strengthening cross-sector collaboration and advancing Edmonton’s innovation ecosystem.
The exchange highlighted shared interests in fostering strategic partnerships across healthcare, business, and civic leadership, with a view toward enhancing Edmonton’s position as a growing hub for innovation, research, and global engagement.
